Ogawa Depardon Architects, in collaboration with 8 X 8 Construction Inc. and Orchard Street LLC, a local developer, are building a 12 story, 15,000SF condominium apartment building in the heart of the Lower East Side. Thirteen apartments range from one and two bedroom units to 2 penthouse duplex units. The ground and basement floors are commercial. The building is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in 2008.
